Partner David Fischl leads our Corporate and Commercial team of lawyers. Our team also includes Bernard Evans who is a Partner with us and a Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney.

We provide practical, timely and cost-effective advisory services to our clients by understanding their commercial issues and objectives . The total deal value of transactions David and the team have advised on in the past two years exceeds $750 million.

The team has significant experience in advising businesses on information technology related transactions, which includes: acquisition of technology; outsourcing; software development and licensing; utilising cloud based solutions; online retailing transactions; licence and distribution agreements; patents; research and development; procurement; and technology joint ventures and alliances.
