With almost 10 years’ experience, Liam is an accomplished disputes lawyer whose expertise includes the management and resolution of complex contractual and equitable claims, intellectual property disputes and diverse regulatory matters.
Liam also has significant experience in trade marks, including formulating trade mark applications, overcoming adverse reports, and managing and resolving disputes relating to trade mark applications and registrations.
He regularly appears in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, and various civil and administrative tribunals.
