Melina is a Senior Associate in the Health Team at Hicksons, with experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution.
Melina has experience acting in the defence of public liability personal injury claims on behalf of various national and international insurers. She also has experience acting in the defence of historical child abuse claims on behalf of various NSW government agencies and managing complex health claims on behalf of NSW Local Health Districts.
Melina has previously advocated in the District Court and the Supreme Court of NSW and is also a keen proponent of alternative dispute resolution.
