Naomi is Hicksons' Chair of Partners and a Partner within the Hicksons Workers Insurance Team, with over 24 years specialising in insurance law focusing on advising employers in workers compensation and employer liability claims.
Her wealth of experience in CTP insurance and acting for insurers in complex CTP claims provides Naomi with an acute understanding of clients’ needs and the importance of managing claims in a swift and efficient manner.
Additionally, Naomi has expert skills to deal with stress claims, sexual harassment and catastrophic injury workers compensation claims.
Naomi is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and Women in Insurance.
