Paul is accredited by the NSW Law Society as a specialist in Commercial Litigation (Insurance). He has advised the industry since the early 1980s, providing commercial advice to insurers on policy wordings, insurance claims and disputes.
He provides practical, reliable advice and always considers clients’ commercial imperatives, including critical relationships and the true costs of settling a claim.
When no alternative resolution can be found, clients can rely on Paul to defend and protect their interests in any court or tribunal.
Paul is an examiner for the Law Society of NSW’s commercial litigation specialist accreditation committee and is also a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and the NSW Association of Fire Investigators Inc.
