Colleen was appointed to Chief Operating Officer at Hicksons in 2019, formerly Director of Operations, where she leads the effective execution of all business operations to complement the firm’s strategic objectives.
Colleen is a Justice of the Peace and holds a Masters in both Commerce and Human Resources Management. With over 25 years’ experience in senior roles within professional services firms, Colleen has led the design and delivery of business strategies including leadership, performance, talent management and cultural change programs.
