Representing national and international general insurers, Todd specialises in advising and litigating indemnity and fraud claims, as well as prosecuting and defending third party liability claims.
Well known for his thorough and thoughtful approach, Todd effectively manages sensitive and complex liability and professional indemnity matters across the range of industries and professions including construction, engineering, real estate, mining, transport and manufacturing.
With extensive experience in insurance disputes lodged with the AFCA and its predecessor, Todd supports clients in contract disputes, coronial inquiries, trade practices, consumer law and the wrongful detention of goods.
Joining Hicksons in January 2015, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Laws, is fluent in Japanese, and is admitted to practice in NSW and the High Court of Australia.
