Courtney is an Associate in the Workers Compensation team at our Newcastle office.
Courtney specialises in defending personal injury claims and workers compensation claims, in respect of work injury damages, coal mining compensation, motor vehicle accidents, statutory claims, and dust diseases.
She has experience in the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and the Personal Injury Commission and works across numerous jurisdictions, including the common law/civil jurisdiction and the residual jurisdiction.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice (Honours Class 1) and a Bachelor of Business with Distinction (International Business) from the University of Newcastle. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2022.
