Jessica is an Associate in the Health Team at Hicksons Lawyers, working on Medical Negligence.
She has extensive experience in collaborating within the Health team to meet insurer’s expectations including claim timeframes and estimates. Jessica has also assisted in the running of civil, disciplinary and Coronial Inquest matters as well as provided advice on legal risks against individual health practitioners in disciplinary matters before the NSW Medical Council, the HCCC and NCAT. Jessica has delivered extensive advice on complex medico-legal issues through meticulously assessing risk and accurately formulating legal solutions in civil claims against individual health practitioners.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
In 2021, Jessica was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
