Kali is a Senior Associate in the Workers Compensation team, based in our Newcastle office.
With a strong background in personal injury and workers compensation, Kali represents respondents in both statutory and work injury damages claims. She has significant experience in advising on complex litigated and non-litigated matters, including multi-party common law claims and section 151Z recovery proceedings.
Kali has appeared before the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court of NSW and the ACT, as well as the Supreme Courts of NSW, the ACT, and Victoria.
Kali holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws from the University of Newcastle and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the ACT in February 2018.
Throughout her career, Kali has gained valuable experience in the Commonwealth public sector and across multiple jurisdictions, including NSW, ACT, Victoria, and Queensland.
