He is widely recognised as an astute adviser in coronial matters and an expert in resolving psychological injury, property damage and personal injury claims quickly and cost-effectively.
Les is highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution techniques, informal conferences, conciliation, formal mediation and informal negotiations, as well as calling on third party and expert mediators.
His advice to government departments and agencies, including NSW Health agencies, has included claims relating to brain damage, catastrophic injuries such as paraplegia, psychological injury, orthopaedic injuries, burns, loss of vision, damage to teeth and jaws, diving accidents, spinal injuries, neck fractures and slips and falls.
Les holds the solicitors admission board qualification, began with Hicksons in 2009 and is admitted to practice in NSW.
