Lily is an Associate in Hicksons’ Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
She has significant experience in general commercial litigation, including contract disputes, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, construction disputes and commercial leasing disputes.
Lily is also experienced in insolvency litigation, having acted for debtors, creditors, liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy across a wide range of matters.
She has appeared in a range of jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
Lily holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Nursing.
