Luke is an Associate in the Workplace Relations, WHS, and Commercial Litigation teams at Hicksons.
With a broad understanding of commercial, employment, and WHS laws, Luke advises clients on a range of matters, including commercial disputes, employment issues, and SafeWork prosecutions. He has experience acting in cases before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Circuit & Family Court, and the District and Supreme Courts of NSW.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics & International Relations, Psychology Studies) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) with a Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2022.
