Rosana is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team at Hicksons with experience working with clients from a wide range of industry sectors, including education, transport, and health.
She provides public and private sector clients with commercial and legal advice in relation to procurement, information technology (IT) transactions and intellectual property (IP).
Rosana has advised many NSW Government Agencies on IT procurement strategy. She has also been involved in negotiating IT contracts, including for large complex IT projects to develop solutions, software licensing, cloud services, and IT outsourcing. In relation to IP matters, Rosana assists clients with managing their IP portfolios and advises them regularly on IP commercialisation, brand protection, IP management, licensing and enforcement.
Holding a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications), Rosana is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region.
