Tain brings over 20 years of professional experience to her role as Special Counsel in Hicksons Lawyers Health Team with specialised expertise in managing complex medical negligence and historical institutional abuse multiparty claims.
In her abuse practice, Tain is committed to the early resolution of claims and seeks to provide satisfactory financial closure acceptable to all parties.
Tain thrives on achieving practical and efficient results which aim to reduce her client’s future risk exposures, by identifying risk management issues. Tain provides complex legal advice and strategy to assist her clients reach their desired outcomes.
Tain holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of NSW and a Diploma of Law from the Solicitors Admission Board.
Tain was admitted in February 1998, and has been a member of the Law Society NSW since then.
