Tayah is an Associate within the Hicksons Sydney Commercial Litigation team and provides services to a variety of clients including legal profession regulatory authorities, builders and contractors, developers, companies and individuals.
She provides advice on a broad range of disputes including those relating to legal profession regulatory services and functions, construction (including security of payment claims and adjudication claims), property, consumer law, contracts, corporations law and defamation. Tayah has conducted litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of jurisdictions including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of New South Wales, District Court of New South Wales, Local Court, Federal Court of Australia and NCAT.
Tayah holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2019.
