Marcus is an Associate in the Health team, specialising in medical negligence matters.
With extensive experience across all aspects of health law, Marcus provides expert legal guidance in defending both litigated and unlitigated civil claims, as well as handling Coronial Inquests and professional conduct matters.
Marcus also has significant expertise in disciplinary and regulatory matters before the Medical Council of NSW, HCCC, PSR, and NCAT.
Holding a PhD from the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Medicine and Health, Marcus has a deep understanding of complex medical negligence issues, which allows him to accurately assess risk and develop key strategies in high quantum claims.
Marcus was admitted to practice in NSW in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) (Honours Class I) from the University of Sydney.
