Emma is a Partner at Hicksons specialising in health liability and public liability claims.
She has experience in acting in the defence of complex health claims across a range of medical specialities, including birth trauma, spinal, orthopaedic and surgery, emergency medicine, gynaecology, radiology, oncology, cardiology and psychiatric injuries in jurisdictions including the District Court and Supreme Court.
Emma is also involved in Hicksons corporate social responsibility goals having facilitated the firm’s involvement with the Lawyers Educating and Assisting Promising Students mentoring program.
She has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence and is admitted to practice in NSW since 2013.
