Siew has more than 30 years’ experience advising Australian and international private, corporate and high-net-worth clientele on property-related transactions, including property developments, property joint ventures and the purchase and sale of major residential and commercial buildings.
Siew has gained a deep understanding of Australia’s foreign investment policy and helps clients to navigate the maze of regulatory requirements in Australia and also helps manage clients’ complex requirements in commercial and retail leasing.
The broad experience within Hicksons teams also means Siew is able to help commercial clients with other matters such as wills, probate or acquisition and disposal of businesses and company shares.
Admitted to practice in NSW, Siew holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Singapore and began with Hicksons in 2015.
