Partner, Dr Tim Channon, was recently interviewed by the Daily Telegraph in relation to if the District Court had jurisdiction to hear commercial cases over the past 20 years. Dr Tim Channon, warned many impending commercial District Court matters should be delayed and also flagged a potentially large number of costly appeals unless lawmakers intervene quickly to remedy the situation.
