Belinda practises within the Hicksons Workers Insurance Team. She has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of workers compensation litigation, policy and case law with a demonstrated ability of application to factual scenarios at all stages from verbal and written advices through to conciliation and representation at arbitrations, mediations and hearings on behalf of scheme agents and employers. She also has extensive experience in managing CTP claims.
Belinda is admitted to practice in NSW and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting). She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
