Michelle is a Partner within Hicksons’ Health team.
She is an experienced litigator who specialises in historical abuse, public liability and personal injury claims including those involving psychological and catastrophic injury, intentional torts, bullying and occupier liability. Michelle has also advised in respect of negligence claims arising from treatment provided to patients.
With almost 20 years of practice experience, Michelle has acted for various government bodies, insurers, private businesses, schools and religious organisations.
Michelle appreciates the importance of a trauma informed approach to sensitive claims. Her vast experience allows her to deliver empathetic, timely and cost-effective solutions to complex and diverse legal issues.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws and has been admitted to practice in NSW since 2003.
