Paul is a Special Counsel in the Health Team at Hicksons with extensive experience in CTP claims. Since joining Hicksons he has acted for a government agency dealing with historical abuse claims.
Paul is a dedicated lawyer with 40 years’ experience and has a record of achieving optimal outcomes for a number of insurance clients including Suncorp, the Victorian TAC and NRMA. His experience was recognised when he was appointed a Claims Assessor by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority, a position he held for more than 10 years.
His focus is to provide high quality practical advice with a view to achieving effective resolution of claims, while recognising the need to balance the sensitivity associated with historical abuse claims.
Paul graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law.
