He has advised on numerous information and communication technology procurements for public sector agencies and medium to large businesses, including cloud services, software licensing and support, solution (hardware and software) development, hardware acquisition and maintenance, managed services, contract management and telecommunication services.
For intellectual property matters, Quincy can advise on commercialisation, licensing and transfer and performing audits.
He is also a registered trade mark attorney, providing practical commercial advice on the registration, management and enforcement of trade marks.
Quincy has been with Hicksons since 2007 and is admitted to practice in NSW.
He is a Harvard-trained negotiator and holds a Master of Law, specialising in computer and communications law, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance)/Bachelor of Laws.
